1. POST SECURITY MANAGER
The British Embassy has an immediate vacancy for the position of Post Security Manager (PSM). The PSM will, under the direction of the Regional Overseas Security Manager (ROSM), lead and manage the Morocco Security Team and report to the ROSM and the Post Security Officer. This is an important position and the successful candidate must show proven management skills and the ability to work diligently, to high standards, with little supervision. Security experience would be an advantage. Training will be provided.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Lead and Manage the guarding contract and the security team including all administrative matters, duty and leave rostering and ensuring that the team’s performance is always of the highest professional standard.
Provide a first point of contact at the embassy for security matters.
Oversee the use and maintenance of the Embassy protective security systems, equipment and procedures.
Monitor the local security situation and prepare regular reports on this and other matters.
Liaise, in conjunction with the ROSM, with local authorities
